A warm and friendly welcome from Elizabeth and Jimmy Mallett awaits you at Esthwaite How Farmhouse, which is situated on the edge of the village of Near Sawrey. An ideal location for touring the real Lakeland with lovely walks from the doorstep; we overlook the nearby Esthwaite water and open fields and countryside.

Accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms (one en-suite shower room) and a twin-bedded room. All the rooms have hand washbasins and the shared bathroom for the two rooms has a bath and shower. There is tea and coffee making facilities in every room.

A hearty Lakeland breakfast will set you up for the day and on your return you can relax by the log fire and enjoy a three course home cooked evening meal. We are not licensed, but you are welcome to bring your own wine.
